Over the years it has become the living atlas of a territory that keeps expanding and opening new paths for experimentation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"fh-big\">Every time someone tries something we made for the first time, <span>Felipan becomes a seed again.<\/span><\/p>\n<section class=\"fh-sec\">\n<h3>It\u2019s a cycle<\/h3>\n<p>We draw inspiration from our surroundings, from ingredients, from people, from memories and from what we find along the way. Then every recipe hands us new questions and invites us to try something different.<\/p>\n<ol class=\"fh-ciclo\">\n<li>Observe<\/li>\n<li>Experiment<\/li>\n<li>Transform<\/li>\n<li>Share<\/li>\n<li>Start again<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>We love it when someone is surprised by what we make. That moment of wonder is one of the engines that feeds and grows this territory called Felipan.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"fh-sec\">\n<h3><span>2002<\/span> The beginning<\/h3>\n<p>Felipan began in 2002, when Felipe joined Brahma Kumaris and decided to become vegetarian. Vegetarianism led him to cook for himself, and among those first experiments he started baking bread at home. Soon he was selling it to friends and in a few offices.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"fh-quote\"><p>But the exploration had started long before.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>At home, his parents, his grandmother and his uncles and aunts had built, since his childhood, a diverse universe of flavors, ingredients and ways of cooking. Later, a trip through India expanded that territory even further.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"fh-lugares\">\n<li><b>Cedritos<\/b><small>At Brahma Kumaris<\/small><em>Until 2004<\/em><\/li>\n<li><b>Santa Teresita<\/b><small>Production<\/small><\/li>\n<li><b>Galer\u00edas<\/b><small>Production<\/small><\/li>\n<li class=\"fh-hoy\"><b>Marly<\/b><small>Calle 51<\/small><em>Since 2007<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Marly shop opened a new stage of the exploration. For ten years we served a daily menu that changed every day, and we kept visiting offices. Until 2017.<\/p><p class=\"fh-mas\"><a href=\"\/en\/mi-historia\/\">Read Felipe\u2019s story, in his own words \u2192<\/a><\/p><\/section>\n<section class=\"fh-sec\">\n<h3>Transformation is also part of the journey<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"fh-linea\">\n<li><b>2018\u20132019<\/b>We took apart the menu we had built over the years and created B\u00e1sic0, a fully vegan offering.<\/li>\n<li><b>2020<\/b>We temporarily closed the restaurant, strengthened deliveries and expanded the bakery. Many products that until then appeared only now and then became part of our everyday offer.<\/li>\n<li><b>2022<\/b>We reopened the restaurant, this time built around the bakery: lasagna, pizza, sandwiches and pasta, designed around bread, doughs and the ingredients we work with.<\/li>\n<li><b>2024<\/b>We pushed the frontier again. After a first investment round with partners, we opened our production bakehouse in Prado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"fh-trio\">\n<li>Another place.<\/li>\n<li>Another scale.<\/li>\n<li>New challenges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"fh-cierre\">\n<p class=\"fh-kicker\">That\u2019s our story so far<\/p>\n<p>We don\u2019t know exactly how far this territory will reach. And that is also part of Felipan.<\/p>\n<p>We want more people to discover it, explore it, taste what we make and tell others what they found.
