How we ship
Our deliveries are handled by external couriers. Once an order leaves our hands, its journey depends on the transport.
What can happen along the way
Our products are fragile. With the natural movement of transport, some may arrive dented, or with the decoration a little damaged.
If a product arrives in poor condition, message us and we’ll agree on a replacement.
The best option
Want it perfect? Pick it up yourself.
If you want to be sure your order arrives flawless, it’s best to pick it up at one of our two shops.
