We’ve been baking sourdough bread since 2015, feeding our own starter ever since. These are our “simplest” breads and, at the same time, the most versatile. They have three ingredients: flour, water and salt. It’s the ideal bread, with no hidden ingredients. For color we use natural ingredients: turmeric, spirulina, activated charcoal and beetroot. If you’d like to order a different flavor, you can do so from 2,700 grams.
